Inactive accounts can be frozen after six months of no login. Before closure, we send an email reminder to your registered address. You can reactivate by logging in and confirming your identity. No funds are lost—your balance stays in your wallet until you withdraw or request account deletion.
Yes. You can switch between DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS in your wallet settings any time. Each payment method is linked separately, so you choose which one to use for each deposit. Existing linked cards or e-wallet accounts remain active unless you unlink them.
You can close your account at any time from Settings > Account > Close Account. Your balance must be withdrawn first. After closure, you won't be able to log in, but your account data is archived. You can request a new account after 30 days if you change your mind.
Withdrawal timing depends on your payment method. DANA, OVO and GoPay transfers usually complete within two to four hours. QRIS transfers can take up to one business day. Bank transfers depend on your bank and may take one to three business days.
Withdrawal limits depend on your account status and payment method. Most accounts can withdraw up to 50 million rupiah daily. First-time withdrawals may have lower limits until your account is fully verified. Check your Account > Wallet > Withdrawal Limits to see your current cap.
Verification means we confirm your identity and ownership of linked bank accounts or e-wallets. This is required by Indonesian anti-money-laundering law and protects you from unauthorized access. We ask for your ID card photo and a brief video selfie—usually approved within hours.
